Brasserie Harry’s is located in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room, lively ambiance, large open kitchen, and a dynamic bar.
Harry’s is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – and on Sundays for brunch. The seasonal menu offers contemporary brasserie dishes, suited to any occasion and any time of day.
The bar welcomes guests on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis. Same menu, same atmosphere – just without the need for a reservation.
During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on our spacious terrace.
If you want to be sure of a table in the restaurant, we recommend making a reservation prior to your stay.
Founders Bar is a classic hotel and cocktail bar, inspired by the legendary bars that became famous in London and Paris during the 1920’s. Its intimate seating, thoughtfully arranged across three distinctive rooms, evokes the warmth and conviviality of a private salon.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of classic cocktails, fine spirits, snacks, a dinner menu and a unique wine list featuring more than 400 labels.

Harry’s is the perfect place to start the day. You can choose from a nice selection of à la carte dishes or the extensive Beaumont Breakfast.
The Beaumont Breakfast consists of a selection of breads, cold cuts, fruit and freshly baked pastries displayed on the bar counter. In combination with classic items such as Eggs Benedict and American Pancakes that are freshly prepared to order.
